Have been on 4 other Norwegian trips and all much better than this. I have rated NCL high in past. Not this time. The staff vary greatly in attitude. Steward and some special dining & buffet staff great, but others surly and just going through motions.

Room - a balcony fine- but beds awful. Just mattresses on a solid wire frame which cause one to walk like Hunchback of Notre Dame in pain in the AM. Except for Comedian, the entertainment was amateur. Cagney special dining is good. Le Bistro- a no for me.

Food on whole ship is worse than any I have ever had on a cruise- frozen out of box or sack and reheated. Deserts on buffet horrible. Absolutely no flavor. Staff in kitchen one night in speciality restaurant were fighting. I may try another cruise line because of this ship. Unbelievable
