This was our first cruise ever, and I'm glad to say the ship is wonderful. Very elegant art deco style, lovely ballroom and dining areas. The staff are very polite and professional, and very smartly dressed. The only complaint is, on sea days you can't get a sun bed, and there is no shade from the hot sun. Apart from that we thought everything was almost perfect. A lot of people complained, about the ship being too big, or the food was not good. In our opinion the food was good and service very efficient. Lots of well travelled cruises, felt the other ships were better. We found there were a lot of moaners over nothing, or people were cruise snobs. Its a lovely big ship and everything was pristine, its almost perfect. The entertainment could be average on some nights though.
