Our 14th cruise with Princess, our 22nd cruise in total and our first on the Royal Princess.

I won't bore you with our travel and embarkation details as they are what they are so let's go directly to the ship and the onboard experience.

The Royal Princess, simply put, is stunning. She has definitely spoilt us for future cruises on other classes of ships. The Piazza is definitely the hub of the ship which feels open and inviting. Despite being an almost sold out cruise, we never felt that the ship was crowded and did not experience any issues with slow or crowded elevators mentioned in other posts. We were somewhat concerned about these "missing stairs" in the centre of the ship which other reviews referenced but that certainly did not seem to be an issue at all.
