Let Grandma and Grandpa take this vacation without you! Whoever markets Brilliance of the Seas as a family-friendly cruise either doesn't have children or has never sailed Carnival, Disney or NCL! Cruising on this ship is a logistical nightmare.

The Good - Our cabin steward and the dining wait staff were professional and personable. Royal Caribbean Orchestra and Singers are very talented, but definitely targeting a 60+ market. The kids club programs for the 10 and under seemed adequate, but teens are bored being stuck on this old people ship on sea days!

The Mediocre - Activities for kids are stale, but adequate. Activities for teens are terrible. In addition, the restaurant offerings and hours are inconvenient and frustrating for parents trying to feed children. This is my first experience with parents bringing food from the buffet to the main dining room so their children would have something to eat.
