Let Grandma and Grandpa take this alone! Whoever markets Brilliance of the Sea as a family-friendly cruise either does not have children or has never sailed on Carnival, Disney or NCL. Restaurant hours and offerings are frustrating and not designed for families with kids. Bar offerings are inconsistent and you find yourself traveling the ship for a bar with frozen drinks. Buffet is adequate, but never re-stocked. There are staff members to hand you a paper towel in the restroom, but no one who can get you ketchup in the buffet area. Room service is laughable! An order placed at 10:15 arrives at 11:35 cold when the family is asleep.

If you've made it this far in the review, my obvious recommendation is save this cruise until you're 75 or 80.
