Maybe we had set high expectations being a new ship and all but I was not WOW'ed at all. Ship is nice but I didn't get the WOW factor like I did with a much older RCL ship Explorer of the Seas last year.

There were some good things but by far too many negatives. This was our 7th cruise and by far worse one ever and we are not very hard to please. Did not like the new Dynamic Dinning and we heard the same from most everyone we talked to. Too many problems. Ours started 2 months before leaving with online system messing up. They finally got everything fixed three days before leaving after spending more than 18 hours on the phone with them most of the time waiting to speak to someone.

Service in the free restaurant was hit and miss but mostly miss. Food was just so so with exception to the Grande which is the formal restaurant. Windjammer food was just so so and found food was the same from day to day. The sandwich station had the same 4 or 5 choices for the entire cruise. Found it very disorganized the way the stations are set up there is no flow so people are jumping in front of everyone not knowing which way line is going.
