We were very happy with the room we had on 12th deck, we could see where we were going and also a side view. The window was the entire wall and the view was outstanding. Now two negative notes, there was a lot of movement of the ship felt in this room and a lot of noise. I couldn't pinpoint exactly where this noise was coming from but it was like a creaking cracking noise and must have been associated with the ship's movement. This noise woke us up several times every night. We had cashed in 25000 points on the rewards card and $250.00 was to be on our onboard credit when boarding ship but it took four days and five to six visits to customer service to resolve this issue. The food overall seemed very average and not as good as previous cruises with Royal Caribbean. After experiencing two horrendous shore excursions last year on the same ship we are now considering other cruise lines. Our service from the room attendant to the dining room were outstanding and entertainment was also a plus.
