We loved our Rhine cruise so much that we are going on a cruise of the Seine in 2016 (and I am already trying to talk my husband into yet another one in 2017). The food was great, the captain and the crew were all very nice and very helpful, and we enjoyed all of the excursions, especially the winery in the Alsace region of France. My husband's favorite excursion was the pub crawl in Cologne, with the terrific guide named Udo. He was also our guide in Cologne and we thought he was the best guide of the entire trip.

My husband loved the German sweet mustard (which was served with some appetizers one evening) so much that now he orders it from Amazon because we can't find it in any of our local stores.

One day when we were sitting on the top deck and the weather was really cold, we were about to head downstairs when crew members suddenly arrived with hot chocolate for everyone - so we stayed!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Stateroom

Cabin was very comfortable and the staff member assigned to it did a very good job of keeping everything clean and neat. I wouldn't bother booking one of the more expensive rooms; all we did was sleep there! If you want to sit around and relax or read, there are plenty of comfortable places to hang out in the lounge and other areas.
