I'd like to start by saying that this was my first cruise, so I had no idea what to expect about cruising. I was very pleased with the cruise as a week long vacation. I very much enjoyed the ship environment and also the ability to visit multiple locations on one vacation. Would recommend a cruise to anyone looking for an adventurous/fun/relaxing vacation! Also, I am 26 and traveled with my girlfriend and a group of people ranging from late 20's to late 30's.

Embarkation: Again, I had no idea what to expect with this whole process, but it was relatively painless. We took a shuttle from our hotel to the ship. Traffic getting there was busy but once we arrived, around noon, I don't think it took more than a ½ hour to check in and get on the ship. Like I said, relatively painless.

Cabin: We had an interior cabin on the main level. Enjoyed having turn down service every night and was always surprised to see a different towel animal every night. The elephant was our favorite. I thought I would be disappointed with an interior cabin, but that was not the case. Save your money and go with an interior cabin. All we did was sleep and change clothes for dinner etc... in the room. Plus there's no light, so we had no problem sleeping in when we wanted to. Once in a while you hear ambient hallway noise, but it's comparable to staying in a hotel. Read more
