This was our first cruise with this cruise line. Having read some negative reviews before leaving I was a bit nervous, however, I had a great time on this cruise! We live outside of Boston so we drove in on Friday morning. Embarkation was no problem, we had a short wait inside because we were early but check in was quick and painless. There were 3 couples in our party and we had three different check in times, however one of the guys checking us in (I believe he was a boss) told us to all go through together after another worker had told us we would have to wait together until the later check in time if we wanted to go in together.

Our room was not ready but we were able to drop our things off. We met our room stewart, Christian. He was wonderful and always had our ice bucket filled, the room was cleaned early and he emptied out our fridge as requested. He was always around and was very happy to get us anything we needed/asked for.

The meals were ok, not great but ok, some better than others. I found the service in the specialty restaurants lacking, but it didn't ruin our time at all!

Embarkation was painless. Debarkation was quick and easy. I think we were off and waiting for our driver by 10:00AM - we had a 9:45AM debarkation!
