ON August 20-2015 my wife and my two kids together with a friend ( 5 of us) we decided to take for the 4th times a cruise with the MSC Cruise line this time with MSC Musica !

this was the worst experience we ever had in a very long time in a cruises trip and everything start it at the beginning point in Venice train station as we took the train Milan - Venice Santa Lucia , we assumed someone from the cruise line will be there to accompany us to embarkation not even a shadow of MSC employees ? and because we never been to Venice before it took us over one hour only to get to the security gate of the ship, walking and i need to note i am 62 years old with a very bad leg and cannot walk long distance.....

Once arrived at the gate we were told to wait because some discrepancy with our passport, first of all the staff downstairs seen me badly walk they shall have offer me help but instead we were told to hurry because was kind late ?? after one hour we were told the security gate broke the rule to let us in as we were not scanned of some kind ?? we were told to get out and go to the security office where we were generate a cruise ID card and only after another hour we were told to go to our cabin without any company guiding us ??
