We've travelled before with P&O and on other cruise lines, but this ship was definitely our favourite. We found no problem with the food, in fact finding it tasty and of a high standard, we also found there to be no queues, at the times we wished to dine. The service and staff were exceptional throughout the ship (and we can be very picky) and they were always polite, friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond. We found the ship, in all areas, including our cabin, to be very clean. Furthermore, the Captain and members of the bridge were very informative about the voyage and often brought light-hearted humour to their announcements. Also, we found the entertainment to be of a very good standard, with something for everyone, but we were very disappointed with the Amethyst Duo who regularly performed in the Lords Tavern.

We only found two things to be disappointing throughout the cruise and these were the closing of Al Fresco towards the end of the cruise and the running out of some drinks, again towards the end of the cruise.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this cruise and would definitely sail with P&O, especially the Oriana, again in the future.
