This was a nightmare cruise. We booked 2 rooms that were to sleep 4 people. We arrived on the ship and in our rooms and come to find out there is only 1 bed that slept 2 people. Upon numerous phone calls to the front desk/customer service on the ship and numerous trips to the front desk/customer service, the person that we made the reservations with informed us they gave us the wrong rooms and he transferred us to customer service. They were rude and could not help and told us on the back we had to upgrade our rooms for additional funds. After all this we were moved to a room that slept 3 people that had no A/C and multiple people didn't have A/C. We were told our luggage would be put in our rooms and we actually had to go track it down. Our brand new luggage was damaged.

The new room we were given was 2 floors away from our family. On top of this we filed complaints about the luggage which no one ever took pictures of or wrote down. We spent the majority of the time in line because the lines were so long with people filing complaints about things it was ridiculous. Then, after they stated they fixed our A/C hours later it was still ungodly hot in our room and you could not sleep because it was so uncomfortable and loud. This on top of the rudeness and being charged for things we were not told about. We also were told the ship had 5 pools/jacuzzis which it only had 2 pools and kiddie pool and most of the ship was being painted, dangerous due to them working on it with ladders etc. This was to be a new ship yeah right with all this going on. We truly feeled lied and mislead. We wnet and had our toes and nails done and were suppose to get a discount and our bill was almost $200.00 we said something again nothing was done.

Needless to say we found another way back from the Bahamas and did not get back on this ship. Problem is we called, sent several complaints and are still waiting for a response and have not received credit for any part of this trip on the ship. Never again we will get on Grand Celebration out of Port of Palm Beach.

Cabin Review

No A/C and not the rooms we were to get. On top of that all you could hear was engine noise.
