This was our fourth cruise with princess and we have pre paid a deposit on board for our next cruise with them although we don't know yet where we will go we will decide in the next few months. The food was very good and even though the ship was full it never felt overcrowded. All staff we came into contact were very friendly and helpful. When I read some of the reviews on here I wonder if they were on the same cruise. We had breakfast in our room a couple of times and used room service once for snacks of which there was no charge. We are platinum grade so we boarded the ship very quickly.
