Our first time on this amazing mega ship. It exceeded our expectations in many ways. The shows, venues, personnel and service were all fabulous. Programs and amenities for children and families in general impressed all of us.

The food in the dining room, however, diminished our over-all evaluation. Perhaps, because we have been cruising mostly on Celebrity of late and have transformed into 'cruise snobs' ???? The choices and overall quality of the food didn't seem up to the standards of the Royal Caribbean we've loved over the years. DH loves his steak and the strip steak they offered was so tough, he couldn't eat it. Even the prime rib which was tender, had no taste! As a result we dined in Chops and 150 Central Park, both excellent, but additional $$$$$.

The Diamond lounge had a lovely cocktail hour with nice canapés and a very friendly staff.
