Please enter your review. This was our 15th cruise overall and the first on Celebrity. Embarkation was smooth and flawless. Friendly, efficient staff at check-in. The stated "express luggage delivery" of Concierge Class cabins was anything but. We boarded by 11:50 AM and the luggage was delivered well after 4 PM. Our cabin was well attended and the little extras of Concierge Class were a nice touch. Our cabin attendant Thomas was professional and always there to assist and open the cabin door if he saw you coming.

We felt that the food in the San Marco dining room was excellent overall. Our waiter Savio and his assistant Celvin were outstanding. Always pleasant, knowledgeable and doting over us. After the first night they both knew our particular tastes and preferences. We had requested a table for two but found ourselves at a table set for six but with only one other couple. Really nice folks, but on average 15 minutes late each evening. This was somewhat disruptive, resulting in our being served last in the circle of tables of our waiter. The food was really good and cooked exactly as requested. Surf and Turf was great, as was the Filet Mignon and Chateau Briand. Deserts were really unimaginative and bland. Assistant Maitre'd Christian stopped at table each and every night, a nice touch rarely experienced on any prior cruise. Pleasant and engaging personality. We have no complaints about the many buffet offerings. Lemonade, fruit punch and iced tea available on deck ten 24hrs a day. Ice cream was always available up to 9 PM DAILY AND WITH NO CHARGE, which you rarely see on other cruise ships. Concierge Class room service was outstanding. We had breakfast three times utilizing this venue. Terrific.

We loved the size of this ship, not too big and not too small. There were the usual lounge hogs and nothing done about it. I walked on deck 11 at 6:30 AM daily and there they were, setting up their towels for the day. Sad that this is permitted on all cruise lines. Entertainment was typical of most cruises, with a comedian/juggler sure to drop something in his act. Seminars by acupuncturist husband and wife team was uninformative and was, in my opinion just these two individuals shilling for their onboard services. They would like you to believe that they could cure just about anything while you were on this cruise. Another thing we appreciated was the minimum of announcements over the loudspeakers. Once daily the captain would update us as to the progress of the voyage , followed by the usual cruise director announcements. That was it, a nice change from the norm. We totally enjoyed the days at sea.
