Took a few days to recover from the trip but had to post this as soon as i could. What a great vacation. Embarkation in Miami went very smoothly. Very little wait because we arrived early (11:00) I would recommend it as the crowds are small and there is plenty to look at on the ship, even if you can't get in the room. First day was fun exploring the ship. They have a great kids program but my only complaint is that I would like to see them open it after dinner on the first night.

First day was a sea day and we spent it poolside and at the Flowrider. The FLowrider is REALLY fun. Teens and kids really loved it. Later in the cruise we booked it for our group of 16 for an hour which I would recommend as the lines tended to get long.

First stop was labadee, Haiti. It was ok. I hate having to go ashore via tenders which is common for this big ship. The beaches were very nice and the kids enjoyed the Slide and the Water Park. The older kids and some of the adults went on the zip line which they loved. The only drink delivered on the beach was the "Labadoozie", a frozen drink they made on the ship and delivered to the beach in coolers and scooped into glasses with lids. They were ok but if you wanted anything else, even soda or water, you had to go to the bars. THe Bar-b-que was only ok. The second stop Ocho Rios, Jamaica. We did the cruise to Dunns River Falls which was great. Nice boat out and back. Falls were beautiful and refreshing and the guides took great pics with our cameras. Even a big, out-of-shape guy like me could climb it. As with all the sops, there was not enough time to do much shopping if you had a longer excursion as you had to be back on board by 4.

Cabin Review

Inside is tiny but moddern. Balcony larger.
