From beginning to end we felt like rockstars. Upon check in we were greeted by the concierge and taken to a private welcome room to have our paperwork checked while we were treated to tea sandwiches and cookies. Our luggage was brought directly to our room where champagne was waiting on ice. Our butler and concierge were available to help us with any little thing we needed such as helping us make and change restaurant reservations, making sure my 2 year old daughter was never without bananas or chocolate.
There was rarely ever anyone else in the courtyard pool, sundeck, concierge room, jacuzzi or fitness center and we therefore felt we had them all to ourselves.
