A little background information. My husband and I went on this cruise without the daughter and to just "hang" out and literally do nothing. We have been on 2 other cruises, a 4 day and a 7 day, on different cruise lines both times.

Although this cruise accomplished our goal of doing nothing, some of the things that I will be writing about are on the negative side just for information for others. This cruise was fine for my husband and I, but would have been disappointing to us if we did not have the "cruise" experience already.

Many people have heard that cruises have great food, service and entertainment. Most cruises do have this. However, this cruise was lacking and very badly at that with the food (it was pretty bad everywhere, we didn't starve by any means, but I was looking forward to getting a "good" meal at McDonalds after the cruise). The dining service was subpar and the entertainment staff (not the entertainment, but the staff) was grumpy and many times didn't smile. Many people on this ship seemed to be just doing their job and not liking it at that.
