After a 2 year wait and traveling with a party of 14 friends this was a much awaited and rewarding journey on this beautiful ship. We arrived at Port Everglades at 12:30 Friday March 12 and made it through security about an hour later. We used the Skipper's Club from being booked in a Cat. 11 suite and that saved us about 30 minutes from going through the rest of the crowd in the sign & sail line. Upon entering the ship it was truly amazing. Everything looked so elegant and sparkling new. We went to our suite which was on the Verandah deck 7 aft. This suite was unbelievable. It was like an apartment. With a hallway entrance, living room, dressing room with vanity, double sink and whirlpool tub, separate bedroom with walk-in closet, 7 windows in all leading out to a wrap around balcony we were amazed. We unloaded our carry ons and grazed the different food stations in the unicorn cafe and then met up at the aft unicorn pool bar with the others.

After the muster drill we went back to our room and found all our luggage waiting for us which was about 4:30 pm. The next 2 days at sea were spent relaxing, exploring the ship, eating wonderful meals, and parting it up with our friends. Oh, did I forget the casinos and shows? Yes that too.

The captain of this ship Claudio was a gorgeous italian hunk which we snuck a peak at him wearing his speedo on the lido aft pool deck when we were at port in St. Maarten which was our first port of call. Some of us opted to venture to Orient Beach. We were greeted by many taxis at port and it was only $5 for each of us one way. We rented chairs and an umbrella on the left side of the beach which was called bikini beach where most people were clothed. Needless to say there were some that weren't and it did feel a little strange at first. We walked down to the all nude beach on the right and yikes, I felt out of place being clothed. It was a gorgeous beach nonetheless.
