THIS WAS TRULY A CRUISE FROM HELL!
To start off, the ship is very poorly designed! To get from the front of the ship to the back is a feat! You have to go up the elevator two floors then back down because one of the dining rooms is located in the midship and you cannot go through on decks 3 and 4. Everyone was going crazy trying to get around! This was our 8th cruise, so we are familiar with how to get around on ships, but not this one!
On the second day, we had a sewer backup on the forth deck. Sewage smell was everywhere that there were floor drains, including the staterooms. Water gurgled in the drains all night!They shampooed the carpets, but the smell was terrible. They tried to cover the smell with vinegar! Well you know what that smelled like! It filtered through many staterooms throughout the whole ship! I am sure this was a health hazard!
