First time on a cruise, so I have nothing to compare it too. Overall it was very nice.

Cons: No one with a Celebrity sign to meet us at Miami airport. Only Rcl signs and we had to ask them. We were told they can only carry one sign and they were all Rcl. Need to fix this, very annoying, glad we went a day earlier. Food in the Main dining area was fair to good. Pool was very small and only one at that. I had two pools in my yard that were much bigger. Needed more "tables & Chairs" and lounge chairs as everyone holds them with towels all day. Dining room does not honor your soda voucher which is ridiculous, so you do pay for soda there. At pool area the bar staff tends to wait if you have a voucher and waits on the liquor drinkers first. Excursions were canceled and with no explanations. Guest service people were okay, not friendly, just doing their job and did not want to take the time to answer your ????. We couldn't stop in Jamaica as the weather made it to difficult to port. Not there fault but we really needed to get off the ship for a day. The Captain did try and went to Montego bay also to port and we still could not. Good effort.

Pros: Service in room was great and in the dining room we had a great team. I called ahead and asked for a table for two because of hearing problem and Stanley at CS was very gracious and helped out immediately. There is less noise on the second tier and only a few tables for two. Food was fair to good in the grand dining, the buffet was very good but could only get certain items at special times of the day. Entertainment was excellent, loved Matilda from Jamaica....she should be In Las Vegas....
