We just returned from a wonderful cruise to the British Isles on The Century. We had a great time! Embarkation was a breeze, from port to cabin took us 15 minutes!!!!!
At first we had a cabin 8 floor aft, last cabin on the back of the ship, my advice: DON'T BOOK THAT CABIN !!!!!! since it is located directly above the engine room and it shakes and vibrates as if there is a truck driving through it all day and night. We complained about it and the wonderful staff of Century reassigned us to an concierge class cabin on deck nine, were it was nice and quiet, well done Celebrity!!
The itinerary was great, we visited Edinburgh,Inverness, Kirkwall, Belfast,Dublin, Guernsey. We never book excursions through the ship but always on our own, we had lovely days on land.
