We are a young/middle aged couple (37 and 27) from FL. We took a cruise on the Norwegian Dawn for our Honeymoon. We were married in GA (where my wife's family is from) and flew to New Orleans the night before we set sail.

We have friends who live in New Orleans, so we were able to coordinate a ride to the Port the morning we left. This was very convenient.

Embarkation was a breeze. We were in a Deluxe Owners Suite, so as soon as we got through security, we were escorted to the front of the line each step of the way. After checking in, we were escorted to the VIP lounge where we were met by our concierge Karibi. She immediately called for someone to escort us onboard to our suite. We literally had no waiting at all. We walked into the cruise terminal building at 10:50 and were standing in our suite by 11:10.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Owner's Suite

Cabin SA

Our cabin was 12502, which is an awesome suite. Around 700 square feet with floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom. The cabin is directly above the bridge, so you get the same view as the captain. The bathroom was very large with a whirlpool tub that easily accommodated both myself and my wife, a large separate shower and dual vanities. The bedroom had a King Bed with plenty of closet and drawer space for the two of us.
