We've been on 15+ Norwegian Cruises including previous passage on the Sun. This was the most average experience we have had with this line. The Sun is very well maintained but dated. Entertainment was very good--especially the two comedians. What was significant was a much more modest menu. No fresh shrimp, mussels, etc. The main dining room had a valentines day offering of pork chops and beef stroganoff. No lobster or special dessert. The Italian restaurant had a fixed menu with no nightly specials. The only way you could find out the daily menu was to go to 1 of the 2 places on the ship it was posted. Typically the cabin steward will introduce themselves and check in often--We did not know who this person was. However, the crew as all well trained in active friendliness. BTW these observations were not only ours--contact with many of the more seasoned Norwegian cruisers found a similar review. Our balcony cabin was adequate--unchanged from a previous passage about 8 years ago,
