NCL,s weekend end cruise's are not at all ran buy the same standards as the week long trips. With that said they cost more money per night with less staff. Don't other booking a Haven suite you'll never see the butler and oh get ready for this....anything goes and know one cares. They have a stunning pool area enclosed with two hot tubs. WE had lunch in the pool area and seemed to piss off the staff that we wanted to order lunch. While we were there some little kids were in the hot tubs with food AND GLASSES OF SODA. They were running around the pool yelling like it was a kids camp. I mentioned it to the staff and they just smiled. We never saw the butler anywhere near our room. When I called for a pot of coffee someone else brought it. The best part of this I that we were the corner cabin in the front of the boat. The boat shook at 4 AM the glasses in the room made a racket this went on for over an hour. I tried calling the front desk thought something was wrong with the ship.......know one answered.

When we were getting on the boat they had us wait in the Haven room to get on.....Prison would have been nicer. It was the most boring room I ever sat in. They told us we have to wait to get on the boat. Then they brought us to the other boring room in the haven lounge where they served us sliders and fries with some strange fruit punch .....and some guy came out to say get ready to be pampered. If I didn't hear t I wouldn't have believed it. The people that we meet at the haven bar brought up a good point....Half the staff get off the boat in NYC for the weekend but they still have a full boat of people.

We went on a weekend cruise the month before and noticed the same thing with the staff. We have five cabins and 11 people in January. We had a six thirty reservation in a premium restaurant it took three hours to get served. They staff looked like they were pissed off if you asked for anything.
