To start things off this was my very first cruise. I have heard many great things about Royal Caribbean and I was not disappointing.

We decided to stay in Florida the day before getting on the ship and I strongly advise NOT staying at Days Inn 1700 W Broward Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 (Formerly Quality Inn Airport & Cruiseport North).

The 3 rooms we had booked were smelly, dirty, and we didn't feel safe sleeping there.

Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin G

The stateroom we had was wonderful. We had a lovely balcony with a broken handle but the maintenance gentlemen came and fixed it right away. We had a beautiful view of the water. Denis was our room attendant and he was very friendly and made us amazing towel animals which he placed in our room wearing sunglasses. I was sleeping on the couch and it was a lot more comfy that the beds in my opinion. Our beds were made every single night for us and during the day got made and put away beautifully. There was nothing wrong with our room and we had a perfect spot right between the royal promenade and the deck where the pools and other activities were.
