We cruised on a Jan. 26, 2015 sailing. This cruise started out as a "royal" disaster. We waited three hours in line, outside the terminal. Royal Caribbean really messed this up. We suffered through it but we felt bad for the older folks who stood in the sun and sat on curbs as they too waited three hours. This was apparently due to problems getting the guest from the previous cruise off the ship. What was really disappointing was we never, ever received an apology from RCCL.

Problem two on embarkation was check-in. Crown and Anchors desks, intended to speed up the boarding process for the loyal customers was scarcely staffed. They were nice at the desk when we finally made it to the desk.

The cruise itself was nice. The room was clean, our stateroom attendant was awesome. He took care of anything we asked for promptly and with a smile. We had a balcony stateroom and the balcony was a nice size as was the cabin. Read more
