I love cruising with Carnival, but the overall experience on this ship is lacking. Night and day difference to most other ships in their fleet. Cruise director was annoying and lacked enthusiasm. Cruise director's assistant was the same. Hosted events were short and offered a bare minimum of guidance. Servers at the evening dining were rude and rushed. The food tasted rushed and undercooked or cold....every evening. I was even told I couldn't order one of the entrees one night?!!

Positives were our cabin steward and room service. Kaityrinna from Belarus was cheery and prompt in delivering room service to my cabin. The comedy and song/dance shows in the evening were great! However, none of them compares to the experiences I've had on other ships within the Carnival fleet. When I've had such better times on other ships....it's difficult to remain pleased with this sub-standard experience.
