Where do i start.. this was a terrible experience from the moment we boarded. There was way too many people on the cruise, since the recent renovations and increased staterooms, the capacity has grown too far. There is constant lines for lifts, at least 5 minutes, the windjammer cafe was always at capacity and people have to lineup and wait to get in. There was never any cutlery, when we asked for a tea spoon for a coffee they said we only have soup spoons "take it or leave it" seriously??
The English from the staff was really bad and made it extremely hard to communicate (i know it a multicultural crew on board). Guest relations always had a queue of people 30-40 people long (mostly lodging complaints) and there was only ever 1-2 of staff working at the desk most of which didnt speak english... this happened at the beginning and the end, the 2 most busiest times for guest relations and there was hardly any staff on!!
We had a disabled cabin on board which wasn't disabled friendly at all, the door to get in he room was a night mare, as it made it near impossible to get in the room with a wheelchair, the same goes for the bathroom door. The room was very small and set up really bad to be classified as an "accessible cabin".
