I chose the Celebrity Reflection because of the fantastic reviews of the ship/staff/food and rooms and because we absolutely loved the Eclipe and Equinox we were hoping our experience would be the same. Unfortunately it was not.

We frequent the Sunset Bar because a) the lawn on the top deck is so fabulous and b) my hubby is a cigar smoker. The two-person band there was fabulous. My gripe; however, was service was really lacking. I mean almost non-existent. We had to constantly flag someone down. I know, I know..we are spoiled just being on a cruise, but you get used to the level of service you receive on previous ships. We also tip on top of the added gratuity and still no one came back to us without asking. Augh!

AquaClass Suite

We booked AQ Class Suite 2121 and were extremely happy with our room. We loved it. The size, the drawere and closet space were ample and the bathroom was amazing. The space in our room was AWESOME! Balcony was long but not wide. I do love the bump out rooms for that reason! Room 2121 was quiet with very little noise from above; however, I will warn you if seas are a rough, like ours were the first day or so, you will feel it being you are higher on the ship. I woke up in the middle of the night and had to take another seasick pill.AQ Suites are great, too, because you have one free Speciality restaurant dining experience, daily champagne, plush robes vs the dinky ones you get in regular AQ class, daily appetizers around 3:00 and the list goes on. We did not; however, ever receive the slippers or facial spray, nor were we asked by our butler if we wanted a daily free cappacino, although we never asked for them. We did ask to received cheese and crackers rather than what we were being given and our butler did deliver a nice plate daily for the rest of the cruise. Butler wasn't overly bearing..constantly bugging us like we heard they often do, which we liked. Our Asst Stateroom attendent was fabulous. Elvis!Suite guests get priorty check-in and disembarkation which was wonderful. Very fast!
