New Spa from Canyon Ranch. Higher prices than Steiner and fewer package deals. We were ultimately able to do some negotiation to get a break and the therapists were very good. The Persian Gardens is still overwhelmed and there is little control over how long folks "camp out" on the heated chaises. This combined with disappointment in BLU last transatlantic is the reason we did not book AquaClass this time. I understand from the Concierge that only AquaClass Suites have access to BLU, and that other suite travelers may REQUEST an exception if available. On our last cruise the BLU staff gave deference to suite passengers and as AquaClass we often had to wait to be seated AFTER the suite passengers. Read more
