Honeymoon in MSC Sinfonia
We just came back from Honeymoon trip on MSC Sinfonia (7days tour Genova-Cannes-Ibiza-Menorca-Sardegna-Salerno).
It was a pleasant experience, but i've got both positive and corrective comments:
The staff was italian & oriental/asian. From the 5 restaurants (2 a'la'carte, 1 buffet, 2 fast food) i would give:
-Pizza Station - 5/5. Amazing italian pizza, prompt, never left without a fresh oven baked pizza. If 1 slice was remaining more than 10mins without being picked, they would through it on the bin.
-Fast food & grill station -4/5 Nice waffles % pancakes for breakfast. Average hot-dogs, sandwiches, grill.
-Buffet Restaurant - 3/5. Plenty of varieties from everything. Great product quality, but averagely cooked.
-La Galeone Restaurant - 3.5/5 The comodity of a restaurant, a long daily menu to choose from, great dish presentation but averagely cooked. The staff was very kind
-Il Corvo restauran - didnt try it More
I have a corrective comment about the company: There was not mentioned when i bought the tickets, about the 150 euros deposit/per person and that you cannot pay on board. The hidden costs are not pleasant to know. Also the accounting staff (italians) were treating the clients as debtors, with poor respect and no privacy on the conversations if you passed your deposit limit.
Also you need to pay for the bus transfer from port to city (Ibiza) Less
