Carnival Fascination. Best cruise yet.

Sail Date: February 2014
Destination: Bahamas
Embarkation: Jacksonville

My wife and I have sailed on the Fascination MANY times and this cruise was the best.

Embarkation was fast!

We arrived at JaxPort at 10:30 and we were on the ship by 11:15.

We were in balcony cabin U210 (aft on deck 6).

Great location and very quiet.

It was great seeing CD Paul Stantley again. Great guy!

Congrats to Jason for being promoted to CD and best wishes on his new ship, Carnival Inspiration!

The food was good and the service was great.

Be advised that service for the sea day brunch takes a little longer, but consider the huge menu!

Be patient and enjoy it!

DJ Chippy is the best DJ out there. Plays great music.

We were saddened that guitarist Dylan Holton was leaving the ship. I know he will be on The Voice one day!

The following crew members really made our cruise. Be sure to say hi to them:

Alvin: Room Steward

Loyd: Sensation Dining Room More

Sherwin: Lido Deck

Mr Yogi: Matre D in Sensation

Mr Brown: Hotel Manager

Leo: Room Steward

We did walk by some cabins and could smell cigarette smoke.

Not cool!

I highly recommend the Carnival Fascination for your next cruise! Less
