Norwegian Gem Balcony Suite

Sail Date: December 2013
Destination: Eastern Caribbean
Embarkation: New York (Manhattan)

We upgraded to a suite before we sailed because we discovered that some of the amenities included: breakfast and lunch at Cagney's Steakhouse, a butler, priority boarding and disembarkment at the various ports and a larger room and balcony.

MONEY WELL SPENT!!!!! The attention and care we received was excellent!!! From our concierge, Carlos, our Butler, Jayson, our steward Raymundo, Cagney Hostess, Marcel and Cagney Waiter, Iwayan, their service was beyond excellent. They were a caring, pleasant, friendly and hard-working team, each and every one of them went out of their way to insure that we had a wonderful experience.

The ONLY thing we could have wished for was a better selection of television stations to choose from!

Otherwise, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Less
