This was our third trip on the Jade so we had very definite benchmarks to compare all aspects of the cruise.

Its sad to report the departure of Gary Glading, the Cruise Director on our previous 2 Jade trips. His many talents were greatly missed and his replacement, Jill Tasker, is simply not in the same league.

Similarly, we found that with the exception of 1 or 2 cruise director's staff, the rest of them were poorly trained and generally amateurish. Read more
