Sail Date: Nov 2006

We booked the Century as a last minute anniversary cruise. The ship is, in a word, beautiful! You can tell that it just went through a renovation and it shows. The decor is very modern, simple, and elegant. Lots of wood and brushed chrome, modern art, and recessed lighting make the ship a beauty to sail on.

Cabin: We had an inside cabin due to the low price we paid for the trip. Since we have always had an outside cabin we were a little leery about an inside cabin, being afraid that we might get a little claustrophobic. Nothing could have been farther from the truth. In fact, we ended up spending a lot of time in the cabin and enjoyed full room service on several occasions. The showers are nice and they have the new "vessel" style sinks. We saw an outside cabin and to be honest, for the price, did not seem worth it for a 5 night cruise. Our cabin steward (Orlan) was amazing!

Bars/Lounges: All of the lounges are very nice. We especially liked the martini bar and the lounge at the stern of the ship.
