1) no chocolates on the pillows at night anymore. 2) Loud banging noises from underneath our balcony almost everynight, kept us awake. Sounded like the ship was falling apart. 3) Since we had a grand suite, our first breakfast in Chops Grille was slow. 4) lunch service in Windjammer was good but the cleaning up of tables was slow and lackadaisical. 5) Was supposed to recognize our anniversary the last evening in the dining room and did not. 6) room service- often got phones calls about getting ready to deliver things that we did not order like pizza at 11:30 at night. Also, trying to deliver things for breakfast we never ordered either. 7) grand suite Cabin #1552- was okay, but a little warn. Shower head was down at waist level, TV would turn on, but could not turn the channel. 8) Entertainment- very disappointing. No broadway shows because the front curtain did not work, fly space for scenery did not work either. 9) Solarium Adult pool closed for a day for maintenance. 10) Port map in Curacao was not accurate, ended up going in wrong direction. 11) Disembarking was a nightmare even when we were supposed to get priority disembarking. Our concierge did get us to the gangway with great speed, but there was a big hold up at the escalator about 10 feet from the gangway. They were only letting 10 people at a time, and then waiting 10 minutes before allowing anyone else.

The things we did like: concierge was very helpful and very attentive. Big Band Jazz band was great. Met nice people in the Concierge lounge. Time period that it took to resolve the issues we complained about was in a timely manner. Liked the attention to issued by: Bar Manager, Dining room manager, and the Dining room staff. Overall: We won't take any cruises out of Puerto Rico again. There seemed to be a big disconnect between the workers on land (terminal) and the ground transfers. Ports of call- Aruba (had to pay to use the bathroom at Palm Beach) Taxi we thought was too expensive. Curacao- port map was not accurate. Disappointing trip as compared to our past cruises with Royal Caribbean,

okay, but warn. Shower head had to be adjusted. It would only remain at waist level. TV did not work one morning when we got up.
