My husband and I really enjoyed our Viking cruise. The high point for my husband was the fact that our hotel and restaurant traveled with us. The food was delicious the service prompt the menu choices varied. The service staff were friendly, the rooms clean and not cramped feeling. I liked the fact that when you returned from an excursion you were greeted upon arrival with a refreshment, that was a nice touch. Needless to say, the scenery was magnificent. The tours were informative and the "quiet vox" system eliminated the need for the guide to raise his or her voice to be heard on the device. There were many stops where we would have liked to spend more time but understand that is one of the limitations of group tours. We are looking forward to planning another Viking cruise in the not too distant future.
