Very poor service provided by waitstaff. Seemed as though they didn't have to earn tips because they were prepaid and didn't care. Got even worse when health issues with several guests caused them to remove all self service items. Had to beg for tea, condiments, etc. Hard to find non alcohol drinks when restaurants closed or had to wait in long lines for the only open cafe.Toilets stopped up on entire ship on 2nd day when we came back from shore excursion. No announcements from anyone except our room steward. Wife tried several facilities and all were clogged. This may be the reason for the health issues the next day?Had a balcony stateroom. On previous cruises, I enjoyed a 180 deg. view. On this one, I got about 75 deg. Right side blocked by an extended bulkhead and left side by a tender boat. The room steward did an excellent job keeping it clean however.Food was lukewarm at best and not very tasty. Desserts were great. Freestyle dining not very good. Some time 30 minute or longer waits and very slow service. All previous cruises I've been on the staff overwhelms you with service. The crew was nice and cordial but slow to respond. Think maybe they might be understaffed?
Typical for a cruise, small. Liked having more outlets than on other cruises. Balconies should have in obstructed views.
