Ship Facts: Celebrity Infinity Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Celebrity Infinity Deck Plans
Infinity not worth the $
The Infinity, for a ship supposedly recently renovated, needs a lot of work. So also does Celebrity Cruises. This is a real comedown from previous two cruises on same ship about 4-5 years ago.

The Pros.

Entertainment was really good without exception and excellent on some nights. Cabin staff was attentive and wait staff in dining room were good considering the challenges established by Celebrity.

The Cons.

Breakfast was monotonous. Seeking an omelette was an effort as they were prepared one at a time on a three-burner apparatus.

Lunch was also monotonous. Seeking pizza was really an effort all,day long as they were cooked in under-sized oven by under-motivated staff.

Dinner was the worse. With only one exception on one night variety was boring, food blah at best and often arrived Lukewarm. Celebrity has obviously severely cut back on quality and quantity and attentive staff could not make up for this very serious shortcoming.

Staff in various lounges were slow and unfriendly topped only by those 'working' in the coffee cafe, who were rude and in attentive. Drinks were expensive and under sized.

Various presenters of interest lectures were not interesting, an awful level to be provided on a cruise with few landings and on a smaller ship with little else to do.

Disembarking in Bruges was a total disaster. Celebrity was clueless on helping its customers find taxis, had no staff on dock, it was shameful.

Conclusion

Maybe the larger newer Celebrity ships and cruises have better food and better staff. It is unlikely i will find out as, with so much competition, why spend a lot of money to make this determination.
