A little background- This was our honeymoon cruise! We got married the night before (8/26/06) in CT and had my parents drive us down to the dock the next morning- Ive cruised over 25 times, on all the lines, my husband has cruised about 5 times.
Embarkation was a breeze for us, since were Latitudes members. We bypassed the crowds and were on the ship in 5 minutes and up to Raffles for a quick bite. There are hand sanitizing stations all over the boat, which is awesome! Stay Clean, People.
We arrived at our room on Deck 9 (balcony room) right at 2 pm, and were pleasantly surprised by our room- everything we needed in a small package- I definitely recommend a balcony room because theres nothing nicer than ordering room service and eating on your balcony with such a gorgeous view of all that aqua water. And contrary to what the last reviewer said- YES, there IS a Breakfast room service. We had it almost every morning. The bathrooms were nice too, 3 sectioned, which Id never seen before. I will warn you that the beds are rock hard, which I personally love! The balcony was nice- 2 lounge chairs and a little table.
