We traveled on the Zuiderdam for a mini-family reunion with 5 generations: including children 13, 12, 9, 5. We have cruised over 30 times in the last 20 years (most experienced) and for others this was their 1st cruise experience.

All pre-arrangements went smoothly and all requests were honored. Boarding was efficient and fast. Being able to complete paperwork on-line prior to departure was great. This was the 1st time any of us pre-booked shore excursions. We liked that we could evaluate, investigate and make decisions leisurely instead of feeling rushed during the 1st couple of cruising days...and nothing was closed!

We appreciated the upgraded mattresses and bedding in the cabins, which made the comfortable cabins even nicer. Read more
