We cruised in the middle of hurricane season and almost didn't get out of Fort Lauderdale. The boarding was fine for us but some people missed the ship because they called corporate and weren't told the ship was leaving early.
We had a mini-suite and it appeared to be quite large. Ample closet and drawer space was available. The idea of the cabin didn't work because if you watched 1 tv the other was too close, one tv on a swivel would have worked as well. The main problem was the bed-it was rock hard and had a large ridge down the center. My husband likes to sleep near but it was impossible not to roll down. The ice bucket in the room was Motel 6 plastic as were the dishes in the buffet. The coffee cups were also plastic but they matched the terrible coffee. Never have we been on a cruise with so much plastic and cheap china in the dining room.
The food was plentiful but not as many high end dishes ie. duck, seafood, or fish which was frozen old. At one dinner I and another woman both sent back the fish.
