OK, well first we received a email saying the boat was late and we would leave Galveston about 7. Fine. Reading reviews from the previous cruise it had broke down in progresso over night! Anyways we get on, and the buffet food was cold and hard like it had been sitting. We get our luggage and realized our 2 bottles of wine and small fan have been confiscated. Yes we are allowed 2 bottles and have packed them in the luggage the previous times with no issues. Were told due to recent changes of policy, they must be carried on. Finally after much complaining and speaking to the supervisor they did give us a fan but not the wine because we packed it in the wrong bag. According to a very rude Romanian girl named Tuanna(guest services) "we have to stick to our policies". I really don't see how people that unfriendly can end up in that position.

Camp Carnival!!!!!!

Our 2 year old was hardly changed giving him rashes. We got him one time with his diaper over-flowing. We were constantly lied to as to the pick up time and drop off times which conflicted with printout. Only after questioning about times in the schedule did they fess up. On the last day, they made it "family day" where we were not allowed to drop them off from 12:45-7pm making it impossible to do any adult oriented activities which is opposite of why we cruise. Aboard the Carnival Magic and the Elation, they took them all day every day.
