We were due to sail aboard the Viking Odin on a New Years Cruise between Budapest and Nuremburg, we actually only sailed from Passau to Nuremburg.

The problems started a day before we were due to leave, when we received a phone call at home stating that due to high water on the Danube we would have to spend the first night in hotel in Budapest.

We actually spent 3 nights in hotels, 2 nights of which were spent in a Vienna Airport Hotel. We were coached from place to place living out of a suitcase. No choice of meals at lunch.
