Firstly, how can anyone possibly give this ship one star? Ludicrous! If people have an axe to grind about a specific shortcoming fair enough, but this should not affect the total overall rating given to the ship....

We had a wonderful, relaxing ten day cruise to the Canary Islands and I have to say Cunard looked after us superbly. Queen Elizabeth is a stunning ship, inside and out....love it!

Our cabin (6082) was kept spotless by Abbi whose initial welcoming smile set the tone for the entire trip. Our waiters in the Britannia restaurant (Nathanial and Fiodar) together with Maria our sommelier, were all really helpful, friendly and professional. The staff throughout the ship were always pleasant and upbeat, much appreciated when you are on holiday. Food was delicious in the Britannia restaurant, we looked forward to dinner every night and were never disappointed, we only had the odd light snack in the Lido but what we did have was fine.
