Positives: (Actually too many to mention them all)
1. Spotless ship--cleanliness and attention to reducing health risks was apparent everywhere, in a great way! 2. Attention to detail--example, cloth hand towels in all public restrooms on the ship; special themed details for Halloween, and on and on and on; 3. No lines or waits--no lines in the OceanView Cafe (Buffet), with selections that were over the top, rivaling the best buffets anywhere in the world; no lines when embarking on shore excursions; 4. Super efficient, painless check-in experience and disembarkation; 5. Schedules maintained--whether it be a trivia session in one of the bars; a show in the Equinox theater; a dance lesson in the Grand Foyer; or, music in the pool area...all were presented on schedule, as promised; Variety of activities--to suit all tastes; 6. Variety of eating venues--from Formal Dining to Gourmet Specialty Restaurants to Buffet to Pool-
Side Grill to Alternative Healthy eating.
Room for Improvement: (Small points, and should be viewed more as "suggestions") 1. Some activities warrant more "time allotted" to them, ie. trivia sessions should be longer....more questions; 2. Main Dining Room selections, might be improved upon...buffet food preparation was superior, in some cases; 3. Some of the activities feel as if you are being nickel-dim-ed to death, IE. "fee" for the bridge tour?!, and there were a couple others. Combine this with the fact that you are already paying for beverages and bar selections; shore excursions; up-scale dining; niche snacks (Bistro, and Gelateria), etc., gives one this feeling, at some point; room service menu not always so tasty--though it was nicely "presented".
All in all, this ship deserves it's 5 Stars. You won't be disappointed.
