I traveled with my first cousin on this cruise on April 3, 2005, which was his first and my 3rd cruise. We arrived at the parking lot designated for ONLY Carnival Conquest guest. This parking lot is under security at all times.
Once at the terminal, check in was a breeze. It pays to go online and fill out the FUN PASS. We waited bout 45 minutes and then was released to board the ship.
The ship was so huge, spotless, and the decor was so beautiful. The staff was very helpful throughout the trip. We went to all main settings (5:45pm). David and Phongphan were our waiter and assistance waiter. Both went out of their way to make our cruise a special one. Our cabin stewart, Armaud, also did an excellent job keeping the room clean and making those animals out of towels.
The food was very good, some dishes we didn't care for, but overall...so much to choose from! The staff was wonderful.
Todd the cruise director, Conquest dancers and other staff did a super job during our trip. We give this cruise and staff an A+. We were told they were close to 5500 people on board this cruise. I guess you can say it is like a city on water. So, we would like to say to all staff on CARNIVAL CONQUEST sailing date: APRIL 3rd...A JOB WELL DONE!!! THANKS
