After having to wait over 90 minutes to get our luggage at the San Juan Airport, we didn't start out on a very good foot. However, check-in at the ship went pretty well and we found our cabin with relative ease, although no one was there to greet us until much later. We did indeed like our cabin steward, Jessy, a great deal once we met him, but he was nothing like our Celebrity cruise line steward from a year ago, Diego, who totally wowed us with his overwhelming attention to us the entire 7 days on board the Infinity.
Our cabin was very nice, as well as the balcony. No complaints there. It was spacious and very roomy, although we admit, probably not worth the extra price for the added length (was really just dead space we paid for). It was in a good center location, but even then, we noticed we felt the movement of the ship quite often, although not enough to affect us in a negative way.
We found all the food to be relatively bland and just "okay", both in the dining room and in the casual dining places as well. Nothing in the food department "knocked our socks off" as the food had done on last year's Celebrity cruise.
